With the development of coal industry mergers and acquisitions, coal production scaleis also rising, but we are still not mature on the mine disaster accident mechanism.Although each enterprise gives more money on safety production, coal mine accidents stilloccur from time to time. Can be seen, we can not eliminate the coal mine accidents.The coal mine accident emergency is always mainly for the ground, the ambulance ofpersons underground in distress is passive. In2010, our country compulsory enterprises touse Emergency Refuge system, open the new rescue mode in our country.And which isthis paper based on, something should be done to established coal mine emergency rescuemodel, mechanism and system that based on coal mine refuge chamber.Firstly this article analyzes the characteristics of different accidents, and finds theaccident types which are suitable for escape to refuge chambers. And based on this, wediscovered the speed of the spread of the gas or coal dust explosion and the Area of Effectdirectly determines the layout of the face refuge chamber (saving space).by the analysis ofthe different impact of the accident and extent of the damage. Combining with the shockwave pressure can afford, we make out the radius of the explosion death this result can bethe location of the face life-saving compartment. Combined with position of the miningarea and the shaft bottom refuge we can chamber use Dijkstra’s shortest path algorithm tocalculate the shortest time-consuming line from underground to the nearest refugechamber (saving space) to develop a direct and predictable escape plan for undergroundemployees to escape.We have based the structural model of the underground coal mine refuge chamberEmergency Management on basis of the above content, and describes the relationshipbetween the various elements.we analyze the methods and the need for establishing coalmine emergency rescue system for underground refuge chamber system proposed theprinciple of refuge underground miners taken.The article is only a calculation on the basis of a single mine, as theoretical analysis,but I hope to play a role in guiding the construction of coal mine refuge chamber system.
