On The Protection And Inheritance Of Chinese Korean’s Intangible Cultural Heritage

Chinese Korean is a transnational nationality, who left precious intangible cultural heritage with the historical development. Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of traditional culture, while traditional culture is the root of culture and nationality. Chinese Korean’s intangible cultural heritage is an important topic of developing national traditional culture and national spirit. Therefore, the study on Chinese Korean’s intangible cultural heritage has a vital significance.To study Chinese Korean’s intangible cultural heritage, we must first understand the definition and basic theory of the culture, and intangible cultural heritage. With regard to the definition of intangible cultural heritage, some people have made some mistake about understanding it and views of scholars are not the same. In this study, the origins of the concept of intangible cultural heritage is analyzed and discussed and we make the views of this paper is that in the context of Chinese culture, is more advantageous to the definition and protection, and on this basis to further expounds the connotation and the term of related concepts.The intangible cultural heritage is closely related to a specific national history and the social environment. Chinese Korean’s intangible cultural heritage not only have the general sense of living state and inheritance, but also have their own special characteristics. Chinese Korean’s intangible cultural heritage taking many forms, rich in content, embodied the national spirit, have an important role in the maintenance of national survival. It is not only embodied rich historical, artistic value, cultural values and reflection of the national spirit, but also has social value and educational value for promoting national development and economic and social development. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance to understand the meaning,. characteristics and values of Chinese Korean’s intangible cultural heritage. At present, in the impact of globalization, Chinese Korean’s intangible cultural heritage is in dilemma between development and protection. The protection of traditional culture and modernization requirements are inevitably conflicted. In the process of developing and utilizing, it tends to focus on application but not pay attention to protection and many other issues.Through case analysis, the problem faced by conservation and heritage is presented. The protection and transmission paths and the integrity of ideas and principles are explored.Developing the cultural industries is considered living protection of intangible cultural heritage, combined with the actual situation and feasibility to explore the "living state tradition" in a valid path. And some more targeted initiative proposals for protection and heritage are presented. The protection of intangible cultural heritage is not an expedient measure, and only going to the public in order to achieve effective protection and realization of its value. The government should take a scientific and reasonable overall planning, and scholars should make in-depth research and guidance, to encourage the cultural consciousness of people, finally to achieve the real protection and inheritance of Chinese Korean’s intangible cultural heritage.
