For the past few years, there are increasing cooperation and communication between the central Asian republic of Kazakhstan and Northwest China in education. With the craze for the study of Mandarin, it is required that Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language should have realistic pertinence, the general Chinese language teaching should be transformed into country-specific Chinese language teaching. Therefore, On the basis of the seniors’ research, the article emphasizes on the adaptable situation in oral classroom of overseas students from Kazakhstan, and do some researches on it.This article is based on the relative achievements of the western second language teaching and research, Foreign language teaching in China and Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language. According to the Second Language Acquisition Theory, the Second Language Acquisition pedagogics, and the econd Language Acquisition Research Theory on Classroom Teaching. This article take Kazakhstan’s overseas students in Lanzhou University as example, the questionnaire and interview on teacher and student will be used. Investigate into the adaptable situation in oral classroom of overseas students from Kazakhstan, and probe on the factor which influence the overseas students performance in the oral classroom. In the view of the above points, reasonable advice will be put forward on the improvement of teaching efficiency in oral Chinese classroom and make case analysis.The data and conclusion from this research truly reflects the actual situation of the adaptable situation in oral classroom of overseas students from Kazakhstan to some degree. The acticle will be of reference value and practical significance of the future study on the oral class teacher training of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language and the improvement of teaching efficiency through a better teaching quality in the classroom of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.
