"HanShuNote" is the representative work of Yan Shigu, and achieved a very highachievement in the exegesis, the book using a variety of methods. According to the theory ofmodern linguistics, the use of inductive method, deductive method, comparative method, itconcludes the valuable exegetical materials, to study and analyze the exegetical methods YanShigu is adopted, in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the methods in"HanShuNote", it provides reference for to further improve the theory and practice ofexegesis, and promotes the scientific methods.The main content can be divided into three parts: the first part, concluded and analyzedthe method of exegesis of the vocabulary. This method of exegesis started from pronunciation,shape, meaning perspective. There are sound explanation, shape explanation, meaningexplanation three categories, and comprehensive utilization of relations with other words, thespecific language environment and other ways to explain the meaning of a word. The secondpart, summarized the method of exegesis of grammar used in "HanShuNote". This kind ofmethod contains morphology and sentence structure two aspects. The third part, analyzedmethod of exegesis started from the perspective of rhetoric in the "HanShuNote". Each parthave analyzed through examples.In "HanShuNote" book, YanShigu has the following achievements: exegesis methodsvaried the word meaning "HanShuNote" obtain the accurate interpretation, and help us tounderstand the Chinese word meaning evolution path of differentiation; meanings from soundexegesis practice influenced the formation of the Qing Dynasty acoustic near synonymyprinciple.
