Tibetan Information processing covers characters, words, phrases, sentences and chapter etc. Information processing and other tasks in a multi-level. We must conscientiously do a good job segmentation work, i(?) necessary to have Tibetan grammatical knowledge as preconditions, to reveal Tibetan characters, words, phrases, sentence, chapter and other grammatical rules to distinguish the boundaries between them. And on this basis, we implements Tibetan segmentation through the establishing segmentation criterion, developing the segmentation vocabulary, and establishing a set of proper, practical, scientific, systematic segmentation rules.
