As a belief, faith, emotion and will, as the principle, the standard,ban, as value, ethics essentially does not depend on people’s subjectivedesire, but depends on the needs of the real life. People choose whatkind of production, exchange way and communication methods, is tochoose what kind of lifestyle, there is a kind of ethical and moralway.With the phenomenal development of information networktechnology, the impact of the network extends to all aspects of the sociallife of human people, and online shopping has gradually become one ofthe main way of shopping. By saving money, time, and energy as theadvantages, it brings a lot of convenience to people’s lives. Meanwhileenjoying this new way to shop, people is plagued with some problemsthat include the online shopping network credit rating department is notclear, the transaction process of the fraud, the transaction informationasymmetry, network security risks, logistics and distributioninefficiencies, service the poor quality. Therefore, the norms andprinciples of ethics to guide our burgeoning online shopping, makes itcivilized and healthy development of the mission entrusted by the times.From the perspective of ethics, the first traces the course ofdevelopment of the shopping, online shopping the way, the rapiddevelopment of the causes and development trends; from the three aspects of network technology, trading body, as well as external factors,analysis of the current online shopping problems and causes of theproblems, which proposed to build the ethics of online shopping. To thisend, the focus of analysis of the moral relevance of online shopping, putforward the basic principles of the ethics of online shopping-theprinciple of fairness, the principle of good faith, the principle of freedom,Cautiousness principles and to explore the ethics of online shopping path,and by optimizing the network environment, foreign online shoppingexperience, improve the mechanism for industry to enhance consumers’awareness of security, improve third-party services and other ways toregulate the online shopping behavior, reducing the problem of onlineshopping, and better serve the people, promoting social and economicdevelopment.
