The element of "violence" is been the unchanging theme of art from the very beginning, not only confirms the human subconscious impulse but also reflects the artists’exploration of the enduring violence. This thesis introduce Yves Netzhammer’ s life and work in detail, and discuss the centralized violence in his work. Further discussion of the violence presentation techniques and cited a number of cases, reveal the underlying causes of violence in Yves Netzhammer’s work. Finally, we discuss the universality of violence in contempory art, and the influence do to my work.
