With continuous development of three doctrines by Shen Buhai, Shang Yang and Han Fei, Legalism is unrivaled in the countries and ultimately supports Qin States for uniting the countries under his government; simultaneously, legalism affects the political domination history of China mare than2000years due to its practical function and significant historical status.Draw lessons from history and well know nowadays situation, this thesis analyzes the sources of Han Fei Ideology and sorts out and investigates the combined classic theory among law, means and power from the masterworks based on a great mass of references and retrospect the evolution of legalism; and seeks essences from its effective country governing strategies for current system construction, management art and management means of enterprises and finally providing select methods of staff selection, educating, keeping and employing by enterprise management and approaches for carrying out the ideological and political work of enterprises. This thesis develops the management conception of the enterprises management mode from the analysis of Han Fei’s limitation and necessity of Confucianism outwardly and legalism inwardly for system dominated while ideological and political supplemented.This article studies the focused inspiration from Han Fei Ideology for modern enterprise management and its ideological and political work.As a great thinker of law, means and power, Han Fei Ideological influence is far reaching with profound significance. After competitive analysis, his ideology are still bearing practical significance with one-to-one correspondence to many modern enterprises management ideas, as specified, between law and management system construction, means and system implementation, power and management position of authority, as well as official but no people governing and supervising the managers’points of view. Even today, Han Fei Ideology still plays his dazzling brilliance.As core viewpoints of Han Fei Ideology, Law as Instruction and Officials as Teacher that the rationality of ideology control theory was proved by the whole China Feudal Society.
