The Research On The Notes On Poets And Poetry By Zhupo

The passage studies on the Notes on Poets and Poetry by Zhupo in the Early years of theSouthern Song Dynasty. The current studies about the notes has not been conducted. Some ofthem focus more on Zhou Zizhi’s theory on creation of poetry, some try to discuss how does aright word or a suitable sentence work, some work to develop and reform the theory ofJiangxi sect while praising Su Shi and Huang Tingjian, the others read the Notes on Poets andPoetry by Zhupo from the perspective of discussion on poets and the stories about the poet.But they are all not systematic and not enough for researching on the Notes on Poets andPoetry by Zhupo.On the research method, the author taking the literature study, background research,comparative research methods from the perspective of history and times. The research stepsstart from the text. First of all, the author read and note the eighty-two paragraphes one by one;then classify and collect the notes according to the contents of each paragragh referring to;once more, extensive collect relevant literature data and research achievements, and read;finally, after the works clear up the thoughts from finishing the works above to the chapters ofthis passage.This passage based on a lot of researches starting from the text to scientific and rationaldistribute the notes to each chapters and indepth discuss the poetic theories. So as to provide anew perspective to recover the Notes on Poets and Poetry by Zhupo and strive to discover itsundetected value of literature and history. In addition, the author also hope this passage toreflect the mental attitute and the ages characteristics of the scholars and poets who lived inthe Southern Song Dynasty but came from the Northern Song Dynasty.
