During the qing dynasty period, it was the universal frigid little ice ages.china was between the two natural disasters groups of ming andqing dynasties and late qing dynasty. therefore, the natural disasters ratewas high and the affected area was wide in that ages.Due to theunique geographical lacation and vulnerable ecological environment, monanmogolia area was more difficult to avoid the distruction of naturaldisasters. in this context. Because of the unique types andcharacteristics of the disasters area and the highly disasters rate.the qing government issued some relief measures. Including relif,juan mian, lending,transporting grain,etc. and there were alsosome self-help measures issued by the mengqi nobilities of thesouth Mongolia areas mengqi internal.The occurrence of naturaldisasters had taken a serious influence to the development offarming and animal husbandry economy,and also taken a certainimpact to mogolian’s society.
