In recent years, with the high attention to education of our government and higher and higher people’s living standard, the school choice phenomenon in compulsory education is more and more serious. With many rural middle school students’ transferring from countryside to city, many problems had appeared. On the one hand, their sense of school belonging and self-efficacy is lower after the transferring, on the other hand, the relationship between them and other students is not ideal. So how to improve the sense of school belonging of middle school students, especially who had transferred from countryside to city, has become a topic of researchers’concern in the industry. The sense of school belonging, is the sense of students experience when they are respected and recognized, and it is the feeling of the degree of student’s importance in school structure; the self-efficacy is individual’s speculation and judge of estimating whether could implement some behavior. The relationship is the a straight psychological relation in people active process, it is the basis of social interaction, and it is also indispensable in people common living and social interaction.In this paper, the individual real situation, influencing factors, and relationship between the sense of school belonging, self-efficacy and relationship which are all seen as variable, are analyzed and investigated. The aim is try to provide scientific basis, which could help to educate and guide the middle school students during their education process.When these problems are investigated, a questionnaire is choose, and352high school students of4junior high schools are investigated, and4following points are reached through many statistical methods, such as correlation analysis, variance analysis, and regression analysis.1. The middle school students are basically satisfied with the new junior high school. Junior high school students’sense of school belonging has no difference in the aspect of gender differences; the urban student’s is higher than rural students’; this sense has no difference in the aspect of parenting style, but it has significant difference in the terms of age and grade, more old and more grade higher, the sense is stronger; at last, this sense has no difference in the aspects of whether only child and character. 2. The self-efficacy of urban students is popularly higher than the rural students; this sense has no difference in the aspects of gender, whether only child and character; but it has significant difference in the terms of age and grade, more old and more grade higher, the sense is stronger; the parenting style has significant impact on this sense, and the degree of democracy, authoritarian, laissez faire, and indifference is decreasing in order.3. The relationship of urban students is better than rural transfer students; each dimensions in people relationship have differences in age, grade, source place, and parenting style, but it is contrary in gender, whether only child and character.4. The sense of school belonging has significant role of forecast to self-efficacy, just like self-efficacy to the relationship, and school belonging to the relationship.
