This study, by means of General Interpersonal Relationship Diagnosis Questionaires, Perceived Social Support Questionaires and General Self-efficacy Questionaires, investigates and analyzes the interpersonal relationship, social support and self-efficacy of 1,103 senior high school students. It tries to probe the relation among the interpersonal relationship, social support and self-efficacy, to probe the effect of the social support and self-efficacy on the interpersonal relationship, and to provide some proofs to build a harmonious relationship of senior high school students.The results indicate:1. In the gender factor, there is a notable difference in the person-interaction and affiliation with the opposite sex of high-school students; there is a notable difference in the total scores of person-interaction puzzlement and colloquize; In the grade factor, there is a notable difference in the person-interaction puzzlement and any other dimensionality.2. Perceived social support and any other dimensionality are notablely different in the grade factor and achievement factor;3. self-efficacy is notablely different in the gender factor, grade factor and achievement factor.4. There is negative effect among perceived social support, self-efficacy and the person-interaction puzzlement and positive effect on perceived social support and self-efficacy.5. Perceived social support and self-efficacy can remarkable forecast the person-interaction puzzlement; the self-efficacy has an indirect influence on the interpersonal relationship through the perceived social support.6. Self-efficacy, friends' support, other supports and supports from family can remarkable forecast the person-interaction puzzlement. Self-efficacy has an indirect influence on the person-interaction puzzlement through the friends' support, other supports and the supports from family. The friends' supports has the maximum negative influence on person-interaction puzzlement.
