Anxiety is a negative emotional experience when individual through the cognitiveevaluation prediction to the threat of danger stimulation, and feels weak to deal with. Anxietyis the main negative emotions causes the undergraduates ’ psychological problems,If we don’tpay attention to in time and the right guidance, it can appear many troubles, or may be a causeof neurosis or other physical and mental disease. Time management disposition refers to thetendency to treat the individual in the value of time and the function, and the use of time onthe way shows psychology and the behavior characteristics. As a certain control function ofthe personality traits, time management disposition is an important factor of undergraduates ’anxiety. Procrastination is a kind of relatively stable characteristics or behavioral orientationthat Individual delay implementation task or make a decision and it’s easy to cause anxietyand other negative emotions.In the basis of the previous studies, this study measures877undergraduates throughATMD, GP and STAT, discusses the present situation and mutual relationship of timemanagement disposition, Procrastination and Anxiety. The main results of this study are asfollows:(1) Among the undergraduates, the level of anxiety is significantly higher than thenational norm. They have Good time management skills, and appear low degree ofprocrastination(2) Whether state anxiety or trait anxiety, there are significant differents in gender andsource; the state anxiety is significant differents in grade; the trait anxiety is significantdifferents in singleton or not. The gender and source have a highly interaction onundergraduates ’ anxiety.(3) Time management disposition and Each factor are significant differents in specialty,class cadre, source and grade; The sense of time value and time self-efficacy are significantdifferents in gender. The grade and source have a highly interaction on time managementdisposition; the grade and class cadre have a highly interaction on the sense of time monitor.(4) Procrastination is significant different in gender, grade and source. The gender andsource have a highly interaction on procrastination. (5) Time management disposition is significantly and negatively correlated toprocrastination and anxiety; procrastination is significantly and positively correlated toanxiety.(6) The sense of time self-efficacy has significant negative prediction on anxiety;procrastination has significant positive prediction on anxiety.(7) Procrastination has the mediate effect between the sense of time self-efficacy andanxiety.
