Lexical Studies On Fengshi Wen Jian Ji

This paper focuses on studying the basic features, the basic characteristics, thebasic value of the Fengshi Wen Jian Ji′s vocabulary. of basic features, the basiccharacteristics and basic value line.The article is divided into three sections.The first part outlines the basic outlook of monosyllabic and polysyllabic words.According to the classify of the Fengshi Wen Jian Ji′s vocabulary, we can draw thefollowing classification,first, on the basis of the complex syllable structure of thecompound words, There are six types,that is: Attached, Joint type, Partial formal,Verb-object type, Subject–predicate, Supplemental.Second,monosyllabic notionalwords have six kinds—Verbs,Nouns,Adjectives,Numerals,Quantifier, Onomatopoeia.Monosyllabic function words have six kinds—Pronouns,Adverbs,Prepositions,Conjunction, Particle，Modal particle,In addition,there are a few complex syllablefunction words.The second part Analysises of the characteristics of the Fengshi Wen Jian Ji’svocabulary in word formation and explanation.Which implies that the word formationpattern is basically complete,Joint type,Partial formal,Verb-object type three wordformation pattern are occupy the dominant position.At the same time,investigatedifferent precepts with the prime,and summarize the Fengshi Wen Jian Ji’s vocabularyexplanation characteristics.The final part reveals the value of the Fengshi Wen Jian Ji’s vocabulary.First,thecontribution for dictionary compilation.Second,we can identify the lack of this―TheGrand Dictionary of Chinese Languages‖.
