Lu Xun and Chekhov represent two different cultures, Russian and Chinese culture are not the same; both writers who lived in a historical period, both share the same social problems. Although both writers lived in different countries and had different cultures, the content from each writer’s stories portray amazing similarities, people sometimes call Lu Xun "Chinese Chekhov". My work is based on subjective and objective factors, which may influence Lu Xun’s and Chekhov’s to write up their stories. In both writers stories I find out some similarity and difference. My research is based on four aspects:lexical, grammar, stylistics and style specific. Both writers use simple, concise, sentence accurately, flexible, metaphor, humor and satire in their stories. Although they have their own specific personality language style, for example Lu Xun used classical Chinese language and ancient words; Chekhov used dialect words and so many loanwords. Chekhov in his satire used caricature, and his style is easy and delight, Lu Xun’s style look like near-line drawing and profound melancholy tone.
