| The idea of economic justice in ancient times is not only an important componentof Chinese economic and ethnical idea but also the concentrated inflection oftraditional justice idea in the field of economy. The thought of economic justice ofConfucian in the period of pre-Qin is a philosophical reflection of social economicactivities, as well as the rational and purposeful value judgment of economic behavior.It maintains a profound theoretical connotation for it covers both varied fields ineconomic activities like production, exchange, distribution and consumption andincludes state’s economic system and the justice of policy.The author start with the produce condition of the thought of economic justice ofConfucian in the period of pre-Qin through the analysis of its moral dimension, detailsand characteristics. Based on the affirmation of the historical status and role of thePre-Qin Confucian economic justice idea, dialectical analysis the theory limitationsand the time limitations. This paper tries to find the essence of theories and universalvalue which meet the requirements of socialist market economy to serve theconstruction of justice ethics of market economic. The following is the theoreticalframe of this paper. Firstly, a detailed overview of the produce condition of thethought of economic justice of Confucian in the period of pre-Qin and the moraldimension are located in this paper. Then the theory which about the economic justiceis elaborated. Secondly, the main contents of the economic activity justice theory andthe economic system justice theory are discussed from economic entity and economicsystem. Thirdly, the essential features of the Pre-Qin Confucian economic justice ideais concluded from the detailed economic justice theory. Finally, the enlightment of theconstruction of justice ethics of market economic is gotten through recitalling thethought of economic justice of Confucian in the period of pre-Qin from historicaleffect and limitation. |
