The nuclear ethical principle of international economy the international economic justice is inquired into in this dissertation which is made of three sections,i, e. the introduction, body and conclusion. In the introduction, I describe the appearance of long- time international economic unjust ice from the covert on the background of economic globalization, which mainly emlxxlies in making- decision, position and distribution. The economic unjustice between the developed countries and the developing ones is paid most attention to in this paper. In the body, I elucidate first the concerned concepts and theories. (1) Three concepts are explained. Justice means the attitude and method by which people deal cquilibratarily and rationally with the relations a-mono individuals and between human and nature, whose core is equilibration and rationality; economic justice refers to equilibrated and rational distribution of interest and responsibility among persons, and the international economic justice is the international expanding of economic justice. (2) The main factions on the international economic justice in the history of thought such as commercialism, liberalism and structuralism are commented in brief. (3) The material basis, common interest, and the cultural basis, pluralistic consensus on which the ethical principle of international economic justice depends, is examined.Secondly, I lay stress on discussing four sub-principles of international economic justice including equivalence of opportunities, not harm, mutual benefit and modest distinction. The first principle is the basic principle, embodying the equivalence of opportunities in the making -decision of international economy & trade rules and in the admission tointernational markets. But it is a procedural justice or formal justice, and can't assure the result justice. So the material justice must be made to remedy it. The principles of material justice consist of no tharm, mutual benefit and modest distinction. No harm, the minimum material justice, includes no harming the benefits of the another party, of the third party and of the whole mankind. Remaining in self benefiting and not banning others, this principle is a passive ethical rule, so its value need to be raised. Mutual - benefit, based on no harm, is a higher principle, including mutual benefit in parity and that in non parity, whose material basis is the benefit out of the international cooperation. Modest distinction is the highest principle, demanding the rational balance of benefit distinction by benefit transference and after - compensation in the international trade and cooperation. The above four principles lift one by one the ethical value and make up of the international economic justice together. Finally, I investigate the execution of the international economic justice in three aspects. (1) The transition of value perspective from nationalism to globalism. The national benefit is here not denied but explained from the global perspective. The realization of this transition depends on common life - experience and cultural dialogue. (2) The institutional construction from soft controlling to hard one. The current international system admits of justice to some degree, but of much more unjustice. The rules of international economy to assure the international economic justice should be fair, transparent and opening. (3) The mutual supporting of morals and law - the syncretization of rules and virtues. The attainment of international economic justice need not only exterior compulsion but also intrinsic autonomy, and without this unison, the sense of responsibility of international economic subjects can ' t beformed. In the conclusion, regards of China's WTO entry, I think over how the developing countries strife for a just and rational order of international economy. I suggest that I he developing countries should emphasize on self- development, making full use of the favorable WTO treaty and the contradiction among the developed countries, and strengt...
