Attachment is a kind of feelings which companies with one person and continues affecting such as his cognition, emotion, social adaptation, the quality of life and other aspects. The attachment relationship among the teenagers with their parents and their friends have some specific characteristics. Especially as the left-behind adolescents in rural area, whose parents are perennial migrant workers, their attachment is more of their uniqueness. This study are the research of the influence of the attachment attitude to their ability to adjust the society from the attachment of the left-behind adolescents in rural area, and expect to make exploratory research on improving psychological health of the left-behind adolescents in rural area.This study uses questionnaires to investigate the1000students in four classes of Junior high school and senior high school in Zhoukou city of Henan province, examine the condition of the attachment and the society adjustment in the left-behind adolescents in rural area and also the prediction relationship of the views. Through the group guidance we want to seek for an ideal mode to improve the attachment attitude, stumbled and youth society adjustment ability of the left-behind adolescents in rural area, in hope to provide theoretical and practical support for the family and school to pay attention to the psychological health education of the left-behind adolescents in rural area.According to the results of this study, we can gain the as following:(1) It’s not obvious on the whole attachment quality between the left-behind adolescents in rural area and the not.(2) There are differences in each individual table of attachment of the left-behind adolescents in rural area. However, it’s not obvious in whole and mother attachment is the highest, and the second is peer attachment, and then is father attachment. There are no significant gender differences of the attachment quality to their parents, but a better communication always exists between the boy to his father and the girl to her mother. In the peer attachment, gender difference is very remarkable. (3) In their parents1attachment quality there is no difference on grades. But in peer attachment the difference on grades are noteable that high school students is better than middle school.(4) In the guardian type, significant differences exist in mother attachment; In the talking frequency, there are significant differences between the parents attachment; In the work out time, there are significant differences in the quality of the father attachment.(5) There are not obvious differences on the society adjustment ability between the left-behind adolescents in rural area and the not.(6) In the social adaptation ability, the gender differences are not significant, but the girls are better than boys in each dimension, especially in the family to adapt.(7) In the social adaptation ability there are no significant differences in grade. At the same time, the adjustment condition of the Junior high school student is better than the high school students.(8) Social adaptation ability, it is not significant difference in the guardian types, the total time of working out, but contrary in the middle frequency.(9) The higher the parents attachment quality is, the better adjustment condition the left-behind adolescents is; Mother attachment and peer attachment can better predict the personal adapt to the left-behind adolescents, and parents attachment can better predict the family adjustment. Father attachment and peer attachment can be a better prediction of school adjustment, and parents attachment can be a very good prediction of their interpersonal adaptability.(10) Group guidance way has the very good effect and the function to improve attachment attitude, stumbled and social adaptation ability of the left-behind adolescents in rural area.The results of this study has the important practical significance that we can understand attachment and social adaptation ability relationship and factors of the left-behind adolescents in rural area and promote their attachment attitude and social adaptation ability. This can also provide theoretical and practical support for the explore to promote mental health education for family and school education.
