In this study, the peer nomination method, class drama scale and teenagers ego identity status scale are used to investigate ego identity status and social behavior and Peer relationships of322high school girls who come from two senior schools in Longhui county of Hunan province, and the main results are as follows:1. The difference between the high school girl’s self-identity development level and high school students overall level o is very small, but more girls in a moratorium status. In "now in the self " dimension, the student cadre scores significantly higher than student cadres; In "the crisis of past" dimensions, students from key middle school score more than who in the average middle school; In" the future desire of the self-investment" dimension, G-three girls are significantly higher of G-one girls, G-two to G-one and G-two to G-three apparent differences in girls; And the girl of class arts branch are significantly higher than that not branched.2. Peer relationship between high school girls is better in general development, popular type of tester account for half of the overall, but the differences between individuals is obvious, the performance of non-student leaders of peer relationships is slightly better than the student leaders of peer relationships; Girls whose parents got primary education and high school culture degree score more than junior school. The peer relationship score of girls who living with the parents or mother or other relatives is far higher than that with father, while The peer relationship score of girls living with the other relatives higher than that with mother,and only children get more score than non-one children.3.The social behavior of high school girls also showed a different individual differences.In social-leading behavior dimension, score of only children were significantly higher than the only-child, the student leaders also scored far higher than the non-student leaders; in the attack-the vandalism dimension,the one-child scores higher than non-one child.4. From the relationship between the three general character, peer relationship, social behavior and ego identity have remarkable difference between any of the two, and peer relationship to " now in the self " and " the crisis of past " positively predicts obviously, peer relationship and social-leading behavior commonly plays the role of prediction to " the future desire of the self-investment ", and social-leading behavior has an obvious reverse prediction effect. The conclusions of the mediating effect analysis shows peer relationships of high school girls plays partial mediating effect between social behavior and ego identity status of the three dimensions.
