Teenagers are in the transitional stage from childhood to adulthood.They have strong curiosity and herd mentality.They receive a wide range of information,but they are easy to be misled and influenced due to lack of social experience.High school is the key stage of teenagers’development.High school students’compliance with the group and their ability to deal with the relationship between themselves and the group affect their adaptability to the society in the future.Therefore,how to correctly guide high school students,help them develop a positive attitude towards life,make them pro social,willing to contribute,and promote social harmony has become the focus of schools,families and society.Therefore,this study mainly starts with the effect of prosocial conformity behavior,discusses the prosocial conformity behavior tendency of high school students,and focuses on the influence and psychological mechanism of high school students’school identity and collective self-esteem on the prosocial conformity behavior tendency.The specific research design is as follows:firstly,using the methods of interview and qualitative research,this paper discusses the structure of high school students’prosocial conformity behavior tendency;Then,combined with the structural characteristics of high school students’prosocial conformity behavior tendency,the scale of high school students’prosocial conformity behavior tendency is compiled;Then,the correlation and causality between high school students’school identity and prosocial conformity behavior tendency are verified by questionnaire and behavior experiment;Finally,combined with school identity scale,collective self-esteem scale and high school students’prosocial conformity behavior tendency scale,this paper investigates the current situation of high school students’school identity,collective self-esteem and prosocial conformity behavior tendency,and discusses the intermediary role of collective self-esteem between them.The results are as follows:(1)The qualitative research results show that the initial structure of high school students’prosocial herd behavior tendency is:social moral herd behavior,altruistic and helpful herd behavior,herd compliance herd behavior and social relationship herd behavior.(2)A formal scale of prosocial herd behavior tendency of senior high school students is compiled,which has 18 items and 4 dimensions,including social moral herd behavior,altruistic and helpful herd behavior,group compliance herd behavior and social relationship herd behavior.The fitting index of the total amount table is:CFA=0.94,TLI=0.93,χ~2/df=2.81,RMSEA=0.06,SRMR=0.05;The correlation validity was 58.0;Total amount table Cronbach’sαCoefficient 0.92,subscale Cronbach’sαCoefficient 0.86~0.94;The test-retest reliability of the total scale was 0.84,and the test-retest reliability of the subscale was 0.77~0.85.(3)High school students’school identity has a significant positive impact on prosocial conformity behavior.(4)The overall level of high school students’school identity,collective self-esteem and pro social conformity behavior tendency is high;High school students’school identity has significant differences in grade and whether they are class cadres or not;There are significant differences in high school students’collective self-esteem in whether they are the only child and whether they are class cadres;There are significant differences in high school students’prosocial conformity behavior tendency in gender,grade and whether they serve as class cadres.(5)High school students’collective self-esteem plays a mediating effect between school identity and prosocial conformity behavior tendency.Conclusion:the self-designed scale of high school students’prosocial conformity behavior tendency has good reliability and validity,meets the statistical requirements,and is suitable to be used as a tool to measure high school students’prosocial conformity behavior tendency;High school students’school identity has a significant positive impact on their prosocial conformity behavior;Collective self-esteem plays a mediating role in the influence of school identity on prosocial conformity behavior.This shows that the relationship between high school students’school identity and prosocial conformity behavior tendency is mediated by collective self-esteem,that is,school identity improves their prosocial conformity behavior tendency by forming collective self-esteem.
