The last few decades will be a period of rapid growth of China’s floating population, With China’s rapid economic development, the acceleration of urbanization process. At present, China’s household registration-based child welfare policies have led to migrant children is difficult to enjoy a normal city public health services, physical and mental health impact. In this study, Hangzhou, Hefei as the main study area, are not domicile in Hangzhou, Hefei, children of migrant business people from rural areas for the study, analyzed the psychological elasticity of migrant children, self-esteem, perception of individual discrimination Situation and Characteristics; and explore the interaction between in which the factors for the health of migrant children and other factors, to improve the mental health of migrant children to provide a scientific, objective and strategy.Study at home and abroad, combined with questionnaires and open-ended questionnaire and interview results to the original theoretical conception, and corrected after a review of the instructors and graduate students of related fields, the preparation of a status quo of China’s migrant children psychological elastic prediction questionnaire; prediction questionnaire prepared by using the appropriate statistical methods to factor analysis and reliability testing, and final preparation of a formal questionnaire for migrant children mental flexibility. Migrant children mental flexibility homogeneity reliability of the questionnaire was0.754, split-half reliability of0.760, the validity indicators performed well. The formation of a formal questionnaire and self-esteem questionnaire, individual discrimination perception questionnaire applied at the same time measured, and then use a variety of data processing methods to inspect migrant children mental flexibility status quo, and to explore the relationship between self-esteem, self-discrimination perception.In this study, to draw the following conclusions:(1) the dimension of emotional stability, the flow of children in different schools showed significant differences; goal orientation dimensions, different genders, different grades of migrant children showed significant differences; on the total score of psychological flexibility in gender and alone whether the endogenous variables showed significant differences;, the flow of children in different grades showed significant differences in self-esteem level; in individual perceptions of discrimination, the flow of children in different grades showed significant differences.(2) the various dimensions of the flow of children’s mental flexibility, self-esteem and individual discrimination perception showed significant correlation between.(3) in each dimension of psychological flexibility, the relationship between self-esteem and individual discrimination, perception, learning ability is in the center of these factors, but individual discrimination perception is not a direct reference to the factors the ability to learn.(4) the flow of children of high and low level of mental flexibility significant differences in the perception of self-esteem, individual discrimination.(5) the flow of children of high and low self-esteem in mental flexibility, individual discrimination on the perception of the existence of significant differences.(6) self-esteem is part of the mediating variables different degree of mental flexibility migrant children affect their individual perception of discrimination.
