Complex sentence as a linguistic phenomena, in social communication have a great value. Chinese and Indonesian complex sentence have many similarities, also have different points. Viewing from significance of relations, two languages have concatenation, cause and effect, picking, condition, supposition, and turning point relation of conjunction, Indonesian have represent tool, method significant, emphasis significant, while Chinese have not. Viewing from complex sentences conditional associated conjunction, the two languages have a lot of complex sentences grammatical function and expression of shared meaning associated with the same or similar words, but not entirely correspond, in combination with the associated words are not the same; From the sentence of view, Chinese sentence most of related words by the combination constitutes a fixed sentence, while Indonesian most complex sentence there is a single sentence style, not strictly a fixed sentence; From the word order and structure, the Chinese and Indonesian sentence position before and after the general clauses the same, but there are also before and after the clause position (word order) in different situations, associated with the location of words in the sentence are not the same.Indonesian, Chinese complex sentences conditional associated conjunction sentence of these similarities and differences, can causes Indonesian students in using complex sentences conditional associated conjunction produced the negative transfer. Indonesian students in using complex sentences often misuse the word associated with abuse, improper location of related words, words associated with inappropriate levels of structural disorder is unclear, the lack of significant relationship between clauses and other issues.
