| Firstly, this thesis introduces the concept of Chinese complement, Chinese resultcomplement and Indonesian complement. Secondly, based on one way comparative analysis, wehave discussed how Chinese result complement represented in Indonesian, which can be dividedinto two main categories from the point of predicate and complement: (1) The two are translatedout separately; (2) The two are translated out altogether (becoming one Indonesian word).Thirdly, based on error analysis of Indonesian students' acquisition of Chinese resultcomplement, we have discussed the word order error, absence of language particles, redundant oflanguage particles, mistakes of language particles usage and avoiding of using Chinesecomplement. Finally, we explore related teaching and learning strategy on Chinese resultcomplement. |
