Foreign research on test anxiety began in the early20th century and was active in the1980s up to now, while the study of test anxiety of our country began in the late1980s. Research on test anxiety at home and abroad mainly focuses on the following aspects:the constituent elements of the test anxiety; situations of test anxiety of students; the study of the relevant factors of test anxiety; and so on. Results on the status of students’ anxiety of domestic and foreign scholars consistently indicate that there is a certain degree of test anxiety in primary, secondary or university students, and students’test anxiety problems are very common and even very serious. Especially for rural senior high school students, their growth environment at all times implies that only with knowledge can they change the fate, so to go to college becomes the most desirable way for them. At the same time, there are many children who bear the hope of the whole family to bring the glory to the ancestors; therefore, the study of the causes and countermeasures of the test anxiety have an important significance to solve the commonly existed test anxiety in schools at the present stage.Research results on test anxiety at home and abroad currently have a very useful guidance for the prevention and debugging of test anxiety, but we haven’t seen the systematic study on the test anxiety of rural candidates. For this situation, this study attempts to conduct a more systematic and comprehensive inquiry of test anxiety causes and countermeasures of rural candidates so as to find the general rule and build a defense mechanism mode of test anxiety "pyramid" of rural senior high school students, which provides first-hand information for the prevention and treatment of test anxiety of rural senior high school students. This study mainly uses survey, documentation, comparative analysis and case study. Through the investigation and analysis, first of all, I learn that the test anxiety of rural senior high school students is mainly reflected in three aspects of the psychology, behavior and physiology. Second, I understand that the current test anxiety of rural senior high school students is caused by four aspects of students, schools, parents and society. Again, I explore the reasons causing the test anxiety of rural senior high school students from four aspects of students, schools, parents and society, and finally find the corresponding c ountermeasures.Through this study, we find that:only if we combine the schools, families and society effectively, build a powerful development platform for students, and establish and develop the defense mechanism mode of test anxiety "pyramid" of rural senior high school students, can we effectively solve the students’test anxiety problems and provide powerful theoretical guidance for the prevention of test anxiety of the rural senior high school students. |
