The article is on the basis of the related research on the collation and analysissystem, take the450university graduates that from Harbin Normal University,Northeast Normal University, Shenyang Normal University as the research object,using the questionnaire on the employment pressure, emotional management skills areinvestigated. The data for statistical analysis, understand the contemporary collegestudents in the two aspects of the development state and the relationship between thetwo.On the basis of empirical research, analysis of the impact of higher teachers collegegraduates employment difficult reason, from the emotional management aspects,proposed some college graduates employment problems in the related countermeasureand the suggestion. First, students must grasp the emotional management skills, learnto control emotions; second, the school should create a good campus atmosphere,strengthen the students’ education of emotional management; third, enterprise shouldreduce the employment discrimination, reduce adverse mood effects on Collegestudents. To improve the rate of employment of graduates from higher normal colleges,to improve the current college graduates employment status of purpose.The conclusions of this study are as follows: the different regions, differentworking experiences on employment pressure difference; gender, professional andwork experience is tried in the ability of emotional management, the remarkabledifference; gender, students interaction significantly; the employment pressure,emotional management ability of a significant correlation between the relationships,and emotions management ability of obtain employment pressure has certain forecast.
