Xinjiang senior undergraduate music major bears the task of cultivating excellent teachers for primary and secondary schools,with the continuous development of education in our country,national music teachers higher and higher requirements,senior undergraduate musicology major need to constantly adjust their teaching,to meet the needs of society,will bring more colorful music classroom to each primary and secondary school students.The author of Xinjiang normal university and ili normal university two schools for three months of research,including to graduates and students employment questionnaire and teaching questionnaire,and students interview employment related content,at the same time into the class,in the website to find undergraduate musicology training objectives,curriculum,etc,collect recruitment information platform entry requirements.After the author compared the employment questionnaire with the talent training of the two senior teachers,I found that the employment status of the graduates is basically in line with the talent training goals,but there are also some problems.Students can choose some elective courses,but the overall system of elective courses is not mature,theory courses to meet the work needs of graduates,primary and secondary schools and training institutions began to pay attention to subject teaching courses,two high teachers have opened,but the number is small.The author thinks that the social demand for teachers,after the study,condensation in the national institutions of musicology(teacher education)undergraduate course guidelines and "primary school music teachers professional ability required",therefore,the author will the two and the two colleges to the student training analysis,found that in the cultivation of music education ability,because the course itself,a few students are poor learning effect;in the cultivation of music education ability,can normal into teaching.After analyzing and comparing the excellent training programs of undergraduate musicology in Capital Normal University,the author believes that the musicology majors of Xinjiang needs to maintain and continuously deepen the cultivation of normal,output-oriented;teachers attach importance to process evaluation;students establish self-cognition to generate internal learning motivation.Colleges,teachers and students should complement each other,so that students can have excellent employment competitiveness.
