Study On Tangfeng’s Topic And Its Literary Value Which Comes From The Book Of Songs

TangFeng is a series songs which is belonged to Jin in The Book of Songs, totallytwelve poems. The topic of TangFeng and its literary value are the study objects in thispaper. Put them in the born historic background; base upon the text itself, differentiateand analyze the key words which were helpful to understand the poem’s major idea;then combined the logical relationship between the words and sentences to find out thetopic of every poem. On this base, study the literary value of TangFeng.There are two parts mainly in this paper:Part one: Topic discriminating. Chapters one to six, we separately discussed sixpoems such as: XiShuai, ShanYouShu, YangZhiShui, JiaoLiao, DiDu, and BaoYu,because their topics had more dissensions. Chapter seven introduced the other poemssynthetically. After collecting, cleaning up and analysising those materials aboutTangFeng, we could study this series poems’ major topics. For example: XiShuai andShanYouShu are two poems advised toward local monarch, because the king didsomething unsuitable to “Li”, the poems revealed it on one hand, on the other hand,there were affectionateness during the poems, it showed the virtue of “deep worry andfurther miss”. YangZhiShui and JiaoLiao reflected a period history between Jin andQuWo, showed poet’s worry too. DiDu said about JinXianGong killed his brothers, aprince of Jin sighed his fortune in this poem. BaoYu wrote about the walking people,worried about his parents, looked forward to his normal life. The other poems had gotthe common issues basically, such as ChouMou is wedding poem, GeSheng grieve thelover, CaiLing scorched to believe lying. The left poems’ topic were difficult tounderstand, Chapter Seven introduce them synthetically.Part two: Study on literary value of TangFeng. Chapter eight is this step. Firstly,some TangFeng poems were the headsprings of aftertime literature works, forexample:Xi Shuai, ShanYouShu, GeSheng and ChouMou etc.. Secondly, some poemmode opened the writing means for the afterward articles, so does manufacture manyexcellent and outstanding works. Furthermore, the TangFeng series put up the wholecharacteristic of “deep worry and further miss”, this is not only the same as our ancientabout misery consciousness, but also have the special character of TangFeng.There is an appendix to this paper named as the collection of explanation andcomments on BaoYu. This is the philological basic of this paper.
