Research On Cultural Industry Development Strategy Of Guangxi Communications Investment Group

The culture industry, as an emerging pillar industry, has become a new carrier, new form and dynamics for regional economic development. Starting by the sort-out of both international and domestic researches on the culture industry, this paper studies the culture industry of Guangxi Communications Investment Group by adopting SWOT analysis methods. Based on the in-depth analysis of the external environments and internal conditions, the Group comes up with some alternative development strategies for its own, appraise them by expert advice and determine the culture industry’s development strategy of Guangxi Communications Investment Group.Then, this paper puts forward the overall strategy and periodical targets of its culture industry development for Guangxi Communications Investment Group after analyzing the evolution of culture industry in Guangxi. The comparisons among three major service systems:advertising media, network information, and cultural industry park, with other respects such as film and television production and distribution, entertainment and exhibition, and culture recreation are emphasized to intergrating and activating all service resources. Under the diversified operation pattern, the Group should itself to cultivate a good shape for coordinated operations and interactions within and among the industry.Finally, this paper concludes that some relevant supporting measures should be taken on operation mechanism, organizational development, capital management, risk prevention and control, etc., to ensure the organization and implementation on the culture industry’s development strategy of Guangxi Communications Investment Group.
