Talk About The Requirements Of Learning And Playing Saxophone Quartet

Saxophone quartet can be a very good training for a saxophone learners’ music culture, broaden the saxophone learners’vision, enrich music knowledge, improve the level of playing. But there are some performance requirements in the process of learning saxophone quartet must abide by.Based on my many years’learning and research of quartet saxophone, the paper explains the importance of learning saxophone quartet for a saxophone actor from many aspects; and combining with the experience of daily learning and practice, the paper concerns how can we play saxophone quartet well.This paper contains three parts----the introduction, the main body and the conclusion, and attaches the reference materials. The text was divided into four chapters, the first chapter simply introduces the history and the invention of saxophone, and the basic requirements of playing saxophone. The second chapter firstly introduces the development process of saxophone quartet, then expounds its characteristics and importance of learning saxophone quartet, and finally summarizes some preparations for doubling of a group. The third chapter puts forward some basic requirements of playing saxophone quartet well from the angle of technology and thought. The fourth chapter talks about the status and future outlook of saxophone quartet in China.
