| 2011is the90th anniversary of the foundation of the Chinese Communist Party, and the whole country carried out a series of commemorative activities among which the choral competitions and activities of "red song chorus" is the most representative and extensive. Red Song means the revolutionary history song, and the birth of these works have a special social and historical background, so if the artists would like to appropriately express these songs, they need to understand the social background of these songs and the background&creative style of the author. Many experts and scholars study about the various historical periods of China, such as the Anti-Japanese War, the War of Liberation and etc., but most of them are concentrated in terms of politics, history and military fields while few of them are concentrated in terms of the revolutionary history songs. For one thing, it is because most people think the revolutionary history songs can only aggravate the situation during the revolutionary Wars, the revolutionary history songs have nothing but clear political contents, and the revolutionary history songs have no value for the study of artistry and creativity; for another, many people think that the revolutionary history songs are closely linked with the development of history, they can just spread in a specific period of time, so there is no need to study about them.. But it is proved that the revolutionary history songs haven’t forgotten with the time passed away, those excellent and classic works goea on and on by generations of Chinese people. This shows that the songs of revolutionary history have their unique aesthetic value in addition to their innate political role. In this paper, I took the development of China’s modern history as a context and systematically studied about the songs of revolutionary history and described the social background and the vocal works creative situation, and selected the very representative track to study in writing and singing style. |
