Aksu is one of the most active regions of association for the promotion activitiesof Uyghur culture. Xinjiang after in1934, establishment of Uyghur culture promotionassociation, under the leadership of Niyaz Sharipi, Aksu Uyghur culture promoteassociation has built in the Aksu initiate education, developed the news-art career，promote public welfare activities，improved people’s quality.
