Moral Reflection Of Chinese Food Security Issues

As we all know, food is an important material condition for human being’s survival. From ancient times, food security issue has been significant topic people are highly concerned about, for it is related to not only civilian’s health and safety but also national steady and development. It is elemental right everyone should share to eat safe and reliable food. With development of science and production, the food becomes more and more various, however, the food security problem accordingly becomes more and more serious.In recent years, food security issue has been hot topic of our media such as television, newspaper and network. All kinds of newspaper report that fake and shoddy food, poisonous and harmful substances added in food, are not uncommon, of which one reason is moral decline and mercenary in food industry. In order to solve our food security problems, we have to defuse the moral crisis. This article, with the ethnic perspective, analyzing moral current situation and causes of our food security problems, tries to find a moral solution to our food security problems.The article is divided into five parts:First one is its introduction, elaborating the topic sources, research purpose and research significance, generalizing research status, and introducing research methods, ideas and creativity. Second one is Part Two:firstly, defining the relevant concept of food security problems, concluding three characteristic of food security problems; secondly, elaborating the definition of moral and its function; at last, demonstrating systematically the relationship between food security problems and moral. Third one is Part Three:firstly, introducing moral status reflected from food security problems and its manifestation, analyzing the harmful consequence and characteristic of food security problems, finally probe into four causes of moral decline of food security problems. Fourth one is Part Four, by expounding inspirations from Chinese traditional moral and socialist concept of honor and shame, abstract some elemental moral standard of maintaining food security. Fifth one is Part Five, giving a moral method to solve food security problems.
