The starting of compiling the writing textbook for teaching Chinese as a foreignlanguage is later than the listening books,the speaking books and the reading books.And itis also more difficult than them.As a result,there are many problems turning up in thewrite-teaching to the foreigners.This thesis summarizes the present situation of compiling the Chinese writingtextbooks for foreigners earnestly.Based on this,the author made a questionnaire survey tothe foreign students at intermediate and expert level and acquired the students’ needs towriting class and suggestions to the writing textbooks.By analyzing the biased error ofstudents’ compositions,the author finds out the compositions that there are seriousproblems in article forms, Chinese punctuation marks,vocabularies and grammars.Theauthor also made an interview survey to teachers who teach writing to foreigners andlistened to their suggestions on the writing textbooks and the analysis of the reason whystudents made so many problems.According to these theories such as Structural-functionalism,input hypothesis,intercultural communication and general learning theory, this thesis analyzed the featuresof these three types of books which are used widely and appraised highly in teachingprofession and the relationship between these books and their parallel books.Synthesizing all the analysis above and connecting with the research before, the authorsummarized seven principles on compiling the writing textbooks.They are scientific,pertinence, practicability, interest, stratify-cation,gradual,stereoscopy. Based on these, theauthor put forward some suggestions about complying the writing textbooks: First,shift thetextbooks beginning to the initial stage;Second, the theme about writing should connectwith students’ real life closely; Third,the structure of the textbooks should be logical andeffective (compiling the model essay; devising the exercises and the steps to learn writing);Fourth,the content of textbooks should be decided into three stages according to the students’ Chinese level;The last one,list the logical structure in three stages,to wish forgiving some enlighten. |
