The Japanese began to peep after the signing of the China-Japan Treaty of Shimonoseki from the end of the Qing Dynasty, then the Japanese government encouraged her people to immigrate to China. Especially Japan launched a war of aggression against China in1937, the Japanese immigrants as follow-up personnel into China in a large number. But Japan’s been defeated in1945, which led directly to a large number of Japanese immigrants stranded in China, which has become the focus of attention by the national government. Hankou is the key cities of the overseas Japanese immigrants, at the same time, Hankou as a post-war central China Overseas concentrated location, which exacerbated the trend that overseas Japanese concentrated Hankou.The city government of Hankou dealing with overseas Japanese policy with the introduction of the National Government’s policy towards Japan is increasingly clear, including the concentration, discipline, expropriation and repatriation. Due to all over the country’s policy deal with the Japanese immigrants, mainly is based on central policies, which determines the way of the government of Hankou how to dealing with overseas Japanese. Both the same point, there are different points. From a policy perspective, the government of Hankou dealing with overseas Japanese is the strict implementation of Chiang Kai-shek "return good for evil" policy toward Japan microcosm; from a practical level, the government of Hankou based on local circumstances and flexibly deal with various issues in order to effectively ensure Overseas concentrated area’s order, which has made efforts for the safety of overseas Japanese returning. However, the two levels did not reach the goal to change the overseas Japanese minds, which is a noteworthy phenomenon.The essay is based on the material in Archives of Hankou, complemented by people’s memoirs, journals, data sets support, starting from the discipline and management of the overseas Japanese to build the life of overseas Japanese concentrated in Hankou, exploring why the ideas of overseas Japanese didn’t change,returning to concern the theme of Japan, which is a certain reference value for understanding the post-war Japanese immigrants living. We should pay more attention to the life of oversea Japanese, comprehending the characteristics of the Japanese nation, which is conducive to treat and improve the relations of Sino-Japanese today rationally.
