Classroom discipline is the guarantee for teachers to carry out teaching activities smoothly.Classroom discipline management is an effective way to promote teachers and students to complete teaching activities together.Teachers’ management of discipline in class directly affects the teaching effect of this lesson.Only by doing well in discipline management can teachers stabilize the teaching order and improve the teaching efficiency.The new curriculum reform puts forward new requirements for teachers’ concept,curriculum standard and curriculum content.The national program for reform and development states that education "must focus on the development of every child." However,there are many problems in the traditional English classroom discipline management.Teachers in classroom management,lack of management standard,rough,single management way,the teacher dominates the whole class,students have no autonomy,lack of teachers in the classroom management and interaction among students,lack of good English learning environment created,English classroom atmosphere depressing,these will affect the English classroom teaching effect.In order to fully understand and position the existing problems in the discipline management of high school English classes,and propose targeted strategies for the discipline management of high school English classes,this study took Y high school in aksu district as a field research point.First of all,I will carefully read relevant theories to understand the basic theories of classroom discipline management in China and the west.Secondly,taking the "people-oriented" modern management concept as the train of thought,Y high school in aksu district is taken as the scope of research and investigation.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,investigation,interview and observation to study the discipline management of high school English classes.And select Y of aksu area high school educations,two different levels,different grades altogether 350 students as research object,and a random sample of eight different teaching age,teaching different grade,the English teachers of different ages as an object of investigation and interview with teacher questionnaire and student questionnaire,interviews,classroom observations,enter the campus,into a line,enter the English teachers’ classroom study in the discipline of management problems.Through the investigation,it is found that there are some problems in the discipline management of the English class in Y high school.Unclear formulation of discipline management rules;Discipline management mode mechanical curing;Lack of discipline management environment creation;The discipline management teacher-student interaction management is insufficient.Thirdly,combined with theories,this paper analyzes the current situation of discipline management in high school English classes,finds out the causes of discipline management problems,and finally proposes targeted optimization countermeasures: firstly,teachers should strengthen their own concepts of discipline management;Secondly,teachers should clarify the ways of discipline management.Thirdly,school administrators should optimize the classroom discipline management environment.Fourth,teachers should pay attention to the interaction between teachers and students in classroom discipline management.The purpose of this study is to propose strategies to improve the discipline management of high school English classes through practical investigation,and to provide reference for high school English teachers to optimize the discipline management.
