This is a translation project report for PSA PEUGEOT CITROEN SuppliersRelation Management, which is composed of four chapters. Chapter one is ProjectComponent, consisting of the objectives of the project, significance of the project andlayout of the report. Chapter two is the Source Text, consisting of the backgroundinformation of the ST, the contents of ST and comments of ST. Chapter three isTranslation Difficulties and Methodologies, including translation difficulties,something about Skopos Theory and translation methodologies. Chapter four isConclusions, including the experiences from the project, lessons from the project andlimitations of the study and prospects for further study.The report basis itself on Skopos Theory that has been applied in ESTtranslation; combing with the author’s experience in translation, endeavors toemphasize the importance of applying Skopos Theory in EST translation.
