| The participants of this study are middle classroom kids; the purpose is to develop a program on emotional health education which can improve the children’s ability of emotion understanding and emotion regulation. In the research methods, firstly, according to the related researches at home and abroad, the author initially establishes the theoretical model of infant’s emotional health. Then, based on the theoretical model, the author develops the intervention program of the infant’s emotional health education. On this basis, we have observed the investigation effects of the program on child’s emotional health education from two aspects of quantity and quality, through the pretest-posttest and quasi-experimental of the experimental group and control group. Conclusions are drawn as follows:The infant’s ability of emotion understanding and emotion regulation have been enhanced through the game activities, cosplay, model demonstration, situational teaching and so on. The experimental children’s ability on emotion understanding has been improved, such as emotion recognition, external emotion understanding, desire emotion understanding, belief emotion understanding, emotion hint understanding, emotion regulation understanding, and the real distinction between the surface of emotions understanding, but the difference was not significant compared with the control group, such as mixed emotion understanding and moral emotion understanding. The experimental group children’s ability on emotion regulation has been enhanced significantly. Such as the children’s cognitive reconstruction, vent, passive coping, problem solving and alternative activities, but the self comforting strategies was not significant compared with the control group. |
