The passive sentence takes very important position in both modern Chinese language and teaching Chinese language to the foreigners. The "Bei" sentences, as the typical examples for passive sentences, are also the essential part in teaching Chinese language to the foreigners, which can be defined as "N1+Bei+N2+Vp". This paper based on the famous Camel Xiangzi by Lao She, analyses all "Bei" sentences in it from different view, which aims to discover developing process of "Bei" sentences, achieves some lessons for teaching Chinese language to the foreigners and offers help for foreign students in Chinese acquisition.This dissertation is mainly including five parts.Part one is about the introduction. It mainly shows the current situation of "Bei" sentences and discusses purpose, meaning, object, outline and method of the study.Part two is mainly introduces the syntactic analysis of "Bei" sentences in Camel Xiangzi. It analyses different parts in "Bei" sentences from syntactic plane, generalizes seven sentence structures,Part three is about the semantic analysis of "Bei" sentences in Camel Xiangzi. It studies semantic feature of the "Bei" sentence, from the view of connection among different parts in it, then summaries the abstract sentence model.Part four is about the pragmatic analysis of "Bei" sentences in Camel Xiangzi. It mainly study pragmatic meaning of "Bei" sentences, including topic and comment, especially on connection and transformation of this topic.Part five reaches the basic conclusion, and give some suggestions for sentence structure teaching.
