Image Building And Aria Analysis Of Little Fuzi In The Opera "Camel Xiangzi"

In 2014,the National Opera’s original opera “Camel Xiangzi” brought the well-known classic novel Camel Xiangzi to the opera stage for the first time.This large-scale tragedy underscores the Chinese-style musical temperament under the overall musical framework of the Western Opera,which basically follows the original story and the relationship between the characters with strongly lyrical,dramatic,symphonic,and national features.The aesthetic spirit and emotional connotation have shaped the unique opera image,and demonstrated the artistic charm of the Chinese original opera and its strength on the world stage.In the opera,Little Fuzi does not make many appearances,but has a vivid image,reaching a typical height.This article first analyzes Little Fuzi’s dramatic image from the living environment,appearance,personality,inner world,and the relationship between the characters.Secondly,it analyzes the composition and music melody of the classic arias Little Fuzi and duet Tiger Girl and Little Fuzi.It further explores the singing art processing of Little Fuzi’s main vocals,and probes into the tragic beauty of Little Fuzi’s dramatic image and music image from a theoretic perspective.
