Wu Ying-ji is a famous writer, historian, social activist, founder and one of the core leadership of Fu She, but also martyrs of Anti-Qing in the late Ming Dynasty. In that era of his life, There are many political, economic, and cultural crises from domestic and foreign in this dynasty. At the same time, The shortcomings of Wang Shou-ren’s Neo-Confucianism is exposed. Although this theory has been very popular in the ideological field. Because this theory can not solve those crises. Insight to advocate Ideological trend of practical purpose. Insight to advocate such ideas in order to solve the various crises. Fu She is a product of this Ideological trend. As the a founder and important member of this community, naturally, Wu Ying-ji’s ideology and academic are the part of the community’s ideology and academic. They have a distinctive characteristic of the times. For a long time, few historians to study Wu Ying-ji’s ideology and academic. So There are many issues to be studied further.The thesis is divided into the following sections:Introduction. This chapter is not only the a scholarly overview About A Study on Wu Ying-ji’s Historiography, and outlines the significance of this article’s topics, research methods, purpose of this article, the article structure.The first chapter, Background and Wu Ying-ji’s life. This chapter introduces the Wu Ying Kei live in a time of political, economic, and cultural aspects. Focuses on the ideological and cultural background of this period——Wang Shou-ren’s Neo-Confucianism near the end, the Ideological trend of practical purpose gradually on the rise, and had a profound impact.The second chapter, Classics and Historiography——one of the Wu Ying-ji’s historical thought. This chapter discusses the Wu Ying-ji’s view on the relationship of Classics and Historiography.The third chapter, Historical Review. This chapter discusses the Wu Ying-ji’s historical thought on his historical review.The forth chapter, Practical Purpose——Wu Ying-ji’s Historical research. This chapter which is the climax part of the thesis focuses on the historical thought of practical purpose. The fifth chapter, Conclusion. This chapter discusses several additional issues, and summarizes this conclusion.After the text, accompanied by one appendice:Summary table of Wu Ying-ji’s works.
