On The "Post-80S" Literature’s Antagonistic Color

As a literary and cultural phenomenon, the "post-80s" writing has attracted more and more social and literary attention. Compared with traditional literature, it shows different features in the process of development, and then it arouses controversy. This paper is based on the analysis of the text and explains the antagonistic color of the "post-80s" literature, which is in order to find the significance of the "post-80s" literature and its direction of breakthrough in the future. This text is divided into three parts.The first part interprets the antagonistic performance of the "post-80s" literature from three aspects. One, they oppose the traditional education mode. The "post-80s" writers criticize and ridicule the exam-oriented education. They oppose the parental authority and school education. Two, they oppose the traditional concept of love. Sexual expression as a rebellious attitude has helped the "post-80s" writers open the door of resistance and subversion. Figures in the "post-80s" literature are looking for a pure love and treat sexual relationship at random. Three, they oppose the traditional growth model. The "post-80s" writers focus on the disillusionment of the individual spirit, resistance to the reality and the Rejection of both the discipline and hone.The second part analyses the cause of the"post-80s" literature. One is the social background. Lonely experience has decided that the "post-80s" will face with greater interpersonal conflict, and they will have stronger negative feelings. Two is a multicultural context. The "post-80s" grew up in a era of traditional culture and Western culture intertwined, so they appear indifference of the human spirit and the traditional rationalism value. Three is the subculture group. The "post-80s" writers and readers are in the same youth subculture circle, and the antagonistic color of the "post-80" literature conforms younger readers’receive psychology, so they can form a emotional resonance with each other.The third part summarizes the significance of the "post-80s" literature, and puts forward its direction of breakthrough. The "post-80s" writers use the way of antagonistic to make self-publicity. However, they don’t describe the formation of the corresponding relationship between the individual and society. Therefore, the antagonistic color of the "post-80s" literature mostly just stay in the superficial emotional level, doesn’t have deep implication. For these writers, they have to think and break through these problems, such as exceeding simple youthful antagonistic expression, rising a writing degree of more pure, more rational, rich humanistic feeling and achieving a intergenerational exchange with literary predecessors.
