Both Chinese and Arabic are one of legal working languages of United Nations, they belongto two big language families: The Sino-Tibetan language family and Hamitic-Semitic. Between both hasmany general character and the individuality. The Arabic belongs to the inflected language which has therich morphological changes to express different grammatical meanings, Chinese belongs to the uninflectedlanguage, it can not express the grammatical meanings through the morphological changes, but throughthe empty words and the fixed word order.The full text altogether has four chapters. the first chapter introduced the goal and the significance ofselected topic and restrospected prevenient studies. The second chapter, contrast the pronunciation,this chapter divides into six sections, first contrast the vowels of Chinese and Arabic, firstdescribed these vowels, Then come to the similar vowels. for example some single vowels, thenasal, the diphthong, points out their differences, and has carried on the contrastive analysis to thesemivowels, The second section has contrasted consonants between them, first tabulates theconsonant pronunciational methods and the spots, and discovers seven pairs same pronunciations andthe two similar sounds as well as the completely different sounds. The third section has carried on thecontrast to the syllables of two languages, a Chinese character is a syllable, which may beconstituted by a vowel, may also add the vowel constitution by the consonant; The Arab syllable musthave the consonant and the vowel, moreover must by the consonant opening. And carries on the contrastthe phoneme combination relations of the syllable. The third chapter is notional word grammarcomparison, separately from the noun, the gender, the number, the case, refers to the verb aspect, the tense,voice, in the numeral aspect, contrast the cardinal number and the ordinal number and the numeralcultural connotation as well as the pronoun personal pronoun and the demonstrative pronoun carries on thecontrast. The fourth chapter is Error analysis of Chinese measure words of Arab. Through the test volumemethod investigation of Arabia students and provide some suggestions for teaching.Obtains the conclusion through the contrast: Two kind of pronunciation have6same consonants,2semivowels, in the Arab there are8glottals, in the Arab clear-sonant opposition’s sounds of consonants are more than in Chinese, the aspirated words of Chinese are more than in the Arab; The status ofvowel in Chinese syllable is more important than in the Arab, on the notional word grammar aspect:In the noun,the Arab divided into the masculine and feminine elements, the nominative;, objective caseand the genitive case has the corresponding morphological changes, in Chinese the verbs are locatedbehind the noun in the sentence, the Arab are located at the beginning of the sentence. A verb representsthe tense, the person, the nature and the number. In the numeral aspect. the Arab department numeral needsto act according to by the numeral masculine and feminine elements and each position, Chinese like thedigit six and eight, abstains from four, the Arab is partial seven. the Arab demonstrative pronoun placesbehind the noun, it can act as the general term, the demonstrative pronouns in Chinese cannot.
