China’s foreign relations are increasingly close and Chinese internationalpromotion gradually develops. So Chinese studying has been hotter in Mongolia dayby day. The problem of teaching materials is one of the three problems of teachingChinese as a foreign language. And this problem has become a bottleneck of thedevelopment of Chinese teaching. At the same time, because of the teaching objectsand the specific situation, Chinese teaching materials for primary school in Mongoliahas particularity. This paper hopes that, through the discussion of the present situationof Chinese teaching materials of Mongolia primary school, we can provide someuseful reference for the use and the write of the future teaching materials.This paper, based on the contradiction between the "Chinese hot" in Mongoliaand shortage of applicable teaching materials, together with the observation, analysisand investigation of the Chinese teaching in Mongolia,and using the Chinese teachingmaterials for primary school published by PEP, discusses Chinese teaching materialsfor primary school in Mongolia. The main research content of this paper included thefollowing parts. Firstly, the use of Chinese teaching materials for primary schoolpublished by PEP in Mongolia, including the main parts of the teaching materialsthemselves, the basic information of the Chinese primary school students in Mongolia,and the use in the three Chinese teaching schools in Mongolia. Secondly, theadvantages of Chinese teaching materials for primary school published by PEP. Itdiscusses from the texts, new words, grammar, and notes and exercises these fiveparts. Thirdly, the shortcomings of Chinese teaching materials for primary schoolspublished by PEP. It discusses also from the texts, new words, grammar, notes andexercises these five parts. Fourthly, using strategy of Chinese teaching materials forprimary school published by PEP. Fifthly, the suggestions on writing Chinese teachingmaterials for Mongolian primary schools.
