In this paper, to collect information on the different periods of XinjiangUniversity Vocal Teaching, Xinjiang Normal University, Xinjiang Institute of theArts, Yili Normal University, Kashgar Teachers College, among which the XinjiangNormal University, Xinjiang Institute of the Arts as a major survey, Samplinganalysis and comparison of2006and2009, several University vocal music teachingarrangements status, and added an interview with a glimmer of the latest instructionalfeedback. On this basis, these two vocal teaching arrangements status, and drawinspiration——“bi-musicality” theory to fundamentally change the situation we havebeen to learn from Western vocal music teaching mode The creation of our nationalcharacteristics, vocal music teaching system, do based on the cultural point of view,the emphasis on participation and personal experience to learn vocal music.
