An Investigation And Analysis About Chinese Cultural Knowledge And Identity Of Overseas Myanmar, Laos, And Cambodia Students Of Chinese Origin

In this thesis I made a study about Chinese Cultural Knowledge andIdentity of overseas Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia students of Chineseorigin studying in Department of Overseas Chinese Language andCulture Education of College of Chinese Language and Culture, JinanUniversity through questionnaires and individual interviews, and I madean analysis according to the results and data of the questionnaires. I foundthat their Chinese Cultural Knowledge and Identity is deepening as theirelevating grade, the gradual deepening of Chinese learning, the expandingof their width of Chinese knowledge and their increasing understandingof traditional Chinese culture. That is, their Chinese Cultural Knowledgeand Identity and their gradual deepening of Chinese learning areproportional on the whole. I also put forward corresponding suggestionsin Chinese Cultural studying and teaching according to the problems inthe course of the investigation.
