The Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Subacute Eczema With Compound Huanglian Emulsion

Objective:Research on the clinical effect that compound Huanglian emulsion Treats subacute eczemaMethod:Experimental Study:1, Test skin irritation:20 Rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. One group Smears compound Huanglian emulsion. The other group smears normal Saline. Observe the skin change of the two groups’rabbits after 12h,24h,48h and 72h.2, Test skin sensitization:10 guinea pigs smear compound Huanglian emulsion for six hours which have the same number of male pigs and female pigs. Observed once again Local hyperemia, edema and urticaria breathing, sneezing and other systemic reactions after 12h,24h,48h and 72h. Clinical observation:selecting 60 cases of subacute eczema which were out-patient departments and in-patient departments from July 2008 to March 2009. Used the principle of randomized controlled that compound Huanglian emulsion was divided into treatment group and zinc oxide paste was divided into the control group, Record the degree of lesion morphology, erosion rupture, itching of pre-treatment. Recording the score of each group based on the standard score.Results:Experimental results show:compound Huanglian emulsion and normal saline are without the role of skin irritation to experimental animals.2:Compound Huanglian emulsion skin of experimental animals without sensitization. Clinical observation indicates that:10 days later, the effect of compound Huanglian emulsion is similar to the zinc oxide paste in area of skin lesions, total lesions, papules, dander, scab. Compound Huanglian emulsion is much better than zinc oxide paste in improving the symptoms of itching. However, zinc oxide paste is much better then compound Huanglian emulsion in improving the symptoms of erosion. The total effective rate of Treatment group was76.67%; the total effective rate of control group was 50%. P=0.019<0.05, show that the two groups have significant difference in clinical efficacy after treatment 10 days. Efficacy of the treatment group is more than the control group.20 days later, compound Huanglian emulsion has more effective than zinc oxide paste in improving itching, lesion size, lesion score, papules, and dander, scab. To improve the symptoms of erosion compound Huanglian emulsion is similar to zinc oxide paste. The total effective rate of Treatment group was 86.67%; the total effective rate of control group was73.33%. P=0.002<0.01, show that the two groups have significant difference in clinical efficacy after treatment 20 days. Efficacy of the treatment group is more than the control group.Conclusion 1, compound Huanglian emulsion has no irritation and sensitization on skin.2, compound Huanglian emulsion is effective about treating subacute eczema.
