Study On Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitutions In Type2Diabetes With Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Patients

Objective:To investigate Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) constitutions in Type2Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM)with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver(NAFL), analysis the relationship of TCM constitutions o and laboratory parameters,provide evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:350cases met the dignosis criteria of T2DM with NAFL were identified by differ-ent Constitutions, measured height(H)and weight(W),calculated body mass index(BMI), exa-med laboratory indexes:glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C)),triglycerides(TG),total cholester-ol(TC),high density lipoprotein (HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),alanine aminotransfera-se(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),y-glutamyl transpeptidase peptidase(GGT),alkalin-e phospha-tase(ALP),blood uric acid(UA),blood urea nitrogen(BUN), creatinine(Cr)urinary microalbumin(mALB),ultrasound detection of carotid artery intima media thickness(IMT).Results:①T2DM with NAFL patients had higher frequency in Qi Deficiency,Blood Sta-sis and Damp-heat,Yin Deficiency,Yang Deficiency and Phlegm-damp followed;The major constitutions were Qi Deficiency,Damp-heat and Blood Stasis class.②Qi Deficiency patients’ TC,TG were higher than the peace and quality group(P<0.05),higher than the other two group-s,but no difference(P>0.05);Damp-heat patients’UA was higher than the Peace and Puality group(P<0.05),;Blood Stasis patients’ carotid artery IMT and NAG were higher than the Peace and Puality group(P<0.05); UA and Damp-heat constitutions were positively correlated after analysis (r=0.285,P<0.05),and others had no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The major TCM Constitutions of T2DM with NAFL patients were Qi Defic-iency class,Damp-heat and Blood Stasis classes; Qi Deficiency associated with TG, Damp-he-at patients’associated with UA, Blood Stasis associated with carotid artery IMT and NAG.
