This paper aims to compare pulse examination and anatomy of the two methods which are based on different theories to reflect the cultural differences behind two medical technology between Chinese and western. This paper is based on the field investigation, using the theories and methods of cultural anthropology, medical anthropology, try to analyze through the investigation of the two kinds medical system, promoting understanding of knowledge forms and cultural characteristics of the bearing on the two kinds of cultures, try to understand why western medicine can spread around the world, but the traditional Chinese medicine is gradually declining, try to establish a relationship of medical and social culture in the new perspective, have a certain reference value for the development of modernization of integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, also make some contribution to enrich our medical anthropology research.
