Objective: By studying the location of the cup and the hip function with thepatients of the simple fractures of the femoral neck and bone disease of thehip joint. To explore the suitable abduction and anteversion of the acetabularcup, and provide a basis to evaluate clinical practice. Methods: Follow-up the42patients with primary total hip arthroplasty in thefourth affiliated hospital of Soochow University from May2008to May2012。There were24cases of the simple fractures of the femoral neck,11cases of avascular necrosis of the femoral head and7cases of developmentdysplasia of hip.The results were assessed by Harris score and X-rayimaging.Result:1.The Harris scores of all the patients were postoperative (85.73±6.56) from pre-operative (39.28±13.84).2.The abduction angel ofnon-excellent group was significantly greater than excellent group, theanteversion of acetabular cup and the incidence of the migration of acetabularcomponent were not significantly different between the two groups.3, Thepostoperative functional of hip joint was no significantly differeneces between the simple fractures of the femoral neck and the bone disease of thehip joint. Conclusion: The appropriate location of the reconstruction hip function:Keep the abduction angel in40°to55°and the anteversion angel in10°to20°can provide a stable artificial hip joint, and decrease the incidence ofpostoperative dislocation.
