Background:In our country, some researches have been done with respect to college students’comprehensive index assessment system, because the nursing profession has a strong practicality, so lack the pertinence to it. There are also some researches taken on nurses’ humanistic quality, key ability and so on, but they just-focus on only one respect of the whole, as a result they can’t act as a comprehensive evaluation index for nurses. Tumor specialized nurse training is a new field, so the tumor specialized nurses’ comprehensive quality assessment has not yet been a unified index system. With the transformation of modern medical model, nursing mode also has changed dramatically. All the fields ranging from the nature of the work to the work scope and work contents put higher request to nursing personnels. Especially the promulgation of the new Medical Malpractice Management Regulation brings about new challenge to each one of nursing staff. So nursing staff should not only have corresponding personality accomplishment, business level and operation skill, but also have relevant knowledge of laws and regulations, computer level, scientific research ability, etc, which is higher professional quality. As a result, it will create important significance for completing the nursing work very well.Objectives:Study on comprehensive quality index of oncology nurses. To calculate the weight of each evaluation index and synthetic weight, are arranged according to the weight value, thus forming a set of scientific and clinical tightly integrated quality, practical oncology nurse evaluation model, and carries on the reliability and validity of the index model.
